On Wednesday, May 1st, from 6:30-7:30, we will welcome back Melissa Koerner for a repeat of her program “5 Things You Don’t Know About Food And Exercise (That Are Keeping You Sick, Fat, and Tired!)” She presented this program in 2012 at Griffin Free as well.
Melissa is the founder of “Friend Your Body” – a health and fitness coaching program. She carries advanced certifications from the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology Institute, the Metabolic Typing Education Center, and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
