We have tweaked a few things here at the library in order to open up more space and more time for local organizations to use the library as a meeting space. If your group is a registered non-profit, or meets all of the following criteria…
then you can meet here for free! Groups not meeting those qualifications will be charged a flat-rate of $20 per session (2 hour maximum).
Our meeting space is available Monday through Thursday evenings, except when being used for library purposes. We typically are able to accommodate requests for space between 5:30-8:00 p.m. The library will accommodate times and days outside of these guidelines when staffing and space is available. The room contains tables and chairs, a screen, and a projector.
We are currently accepting both regular, on-going reservations as well as one-time engagements. Our meeting room calendar is not yet available online, so please contact firstname.lastname@example.org, or call 483-5374 to see if we can meet your needs or if you would like a copy of our full policy on use of the meeting room.
