Professor Mike Cross will discuss how chocolate affects the human brain, making chocolate the perfect indulgence. During the presentation, you will also learn how to taste chocolate for quality and how to eat it, too! Chocolate samples will be provided.

About the presenter:
Mike Cross is an Associate Professor of Chemistry and department chair of Natural Sciences at Northern Essex Community College where he teaches chemistry and forensic science. He believes that education should be fun and exciting. He enjoys incorporating demonstrations and magic tricks into his teaching.
