
Griffin Free Public Library Card Application
To obtain a library card from GFPL, Auburn, New Hampshire residents or anyone employed in Auburn may fill out and submit our form below. We will set up your patron account and contact you to come to the library to show proof of residency or Auburn employment before the card is issued. If you are unable to come to the library, please contact us to use an alternate way to establish eligibility for a free card.
If you live outside of Auburn, please contact Griffin Free Public Library directly at 603-483-5374 or staff@griffinfree.org to apply for a card and arrange payment of non-resident fees.
The Griffin Free Public Public Library adheres to New Hampshire’s Library User Records Confidentiality law, RSA 201-D:11. This NH RSA and protects the privacy of all borrowers, regardless of age. The records of children and and young adult patrons, including books on hold, titles of checkouts, etc. who have their own library cards are subject to the same privacy restrictions as the records of adult borrowers.
